My primary research focuses on the dynamics of power and leadership. 具体地说, how the experience of power change (gain or loss) affects both individuals’ intra-personal perceptions and behaviors, as well as inter-personal relationships within the organization. I examine these questions using a multi-method approach, including laboratory experiments, computer simulations, and field-based investigations. My current research investigates how current, 回顾, and anticipated perceptions of social power impact individuals’ behaviors at work.
